Job Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and timelines.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate estimates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials, pricing trends, and market conditions.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals for accuracy and competitiveness.
- Provide ongoing cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle to ensure budgets are met.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
- Prepare and present reports and proposals to stakeholders as needed.
