Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities- Assist with various tasks in the facility, including loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and meet deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as required.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a labor or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and practices.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
