Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Pending license accepted Certifications: BCLS, NIH required; ACLS and CPI preferred Must-Have: Telemetry experience Ability to read rhythms Experience with cardiac medications and drips (no titration) Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry. The position will require working night shifts. Nurses will manage a patient ratio of 1:5-6. Weekend shifts will be required, with 6 shifts in a 6-week period. Candidates must have at least 2 years of nursing experience. First-time travelers are accepted for this role. Nurses will float within their scope to meet facility needs. The ability to read rhythms and manage cardiac medications is essential. Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, and telemetry monitoring is required. Candidates must demonstrate competency in managing dysrhythmias and IVs. This role involves caring for adult patients with various cardiac conditions. Interdisciplinary support will be available, including physical therapy and pharmacy services. Nurses will be expected to work closely with team members to provide high-quality patient care.
