Conduct audits at customer sites to ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures. Support field service employees and coordinate incident investigations. Develop strong working relationships with the operational team. Travel extensively to customer sites within the region. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related field, or high school diploma with relevant experience and accredited EHS Safety Training Courses. Minimum 2-3 years of experience supporting EHS initiatives. Experience in field-based EHS protocols. Willingness to travel at least 90% of the time. Preferences Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively. Experience with EHS program development and implementation in sectors like electric power or refining. High energy, motivation, and commitment to driving exceptional outcomes.
