In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to the individuals that call Verland their home.House Name: Poplar HouseLocation: Uniontown PA 15401Shifts available:Full Time- 40 hoursWeek 1 3 pm - 11 pm: Sunday / Monday / Tuesday / Friday / SaturdayWeek 2 3 pm - 11 pm: Sunday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / FridayWeek 3 3 pm - 11 pm: Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / SaturdayThe Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for individualized care and ongoing support for people in our community with complex physical, medical and intellectual challenges.
