Selling Branch Manager

Job Description

LaborMax Staffing is hiring a Branch Manager to lead our Lincoln, NE branch and grow it through outside sales. Base $50K–$60K plus monthly bonus, business allowance, and full benefits.

This is a sales-first leadership role. You'll be in the field calling on local businesses, opening new accounts, and running a branch team that recruits and dispatches general and skilled labor.

What you'll do

Drive new business through B2B outside sales: prospecting, cold calling, client visits, proposals, and closing
Run day-to-day branch operations: recruiting, dispatch, customer service
Lead and coach branch staff; set expectations and build a strong team
Own branch P&L: margin, expenses, profitability
Build long-term client relationships and grow LaborMax's presence in Lincoln

What you need

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting
Leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, operations, or a similar fast-paced service business
Comfortable owning results and being accountable for branch performance
Staffing industry experience strongly preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Pay and benefits

$50,000–$60,000 base salary, depending on experience
