This is a 13-week contract position.

Day Shift: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break. One Saturday per month for 4 hours is required.

Join a dynamic team as an Occupational Therapist within a Medical Rehabilitation Unit located in a Trauma hospital. The role involves working primarily with stroke patients and requires a collaborative approach with Physical Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists. You will benefit from a fully equipped OT gym, advanced technology, and rewarding outcomes in patient recovery.

Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.

Provide therapy interventions to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care outcomes.

Maintain accurate patient progress notes and documentation using the Cerner charting system.

Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required.

BLS certification required.

Must possess or have a pending state license to practice in West Virginia.
