Benefits Operations & Compliance Specialist
The Marzetti Company
The Marzetti Company in Columbus, OH is seeking a Benefits Administrator to support health & welfare benefits, 401(k) file-feed processes, and data quality initiatives. You will assist with enrollment validation, HRIS data reconciliation, and benefits reporting.
This role requires 2+ years in benefits compliance, strong Excel skills, and Knowledge of FMLA/COBRA/ERISA. Office-based role with occasional travel and cross-training for LOA, FMLA/ADA support.
