Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) - New Graduates are welcome!
Location: Archdale, NC & Greensboro, NC
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Three days per week: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
Two days per week: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
No weekends
No on-call responsibilities
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team. This opportunity offers the ability to work with a diverse patient population while providing individualized, evidence-based treatment in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.
Whether you are an experienced clinician or a new graduate, this position provides the resources, mentorship, and professional support needed to build a successful and rewarding career.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation services to optimize patient outcomes.
Treat a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, back and neck pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance disorders.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and goals.
Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, recovery strategies, home exercise programs, and overall wellness.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
Foster a positive patient experience and contribute to a team-oriented clinic culture.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus but not required.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
