PT - Physical Therapist

Day shift: 4x10 hours, from 08:30 AM to 06:30 PM. No call, weekends, or holidays required. Job Description We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will have experience treating various adult diagnoses, including orthopedic conditions, Parkinson's disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and gait/balance dysfunctions. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients. Deliver therapeutic interventions based on individual patient needs. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary. Educate patients and their families on conditions and care strategies. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience. New Jersey Physical Therapist license required. BLS certification required. At least 9 patient cases per day expected. EPIC experience is mandatory. Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including a booster.
