Scrum Master Business Analysis/Project ManagementWe're seeking a Scrum Master to support multiple Agile product teams by driving Scrum best practices, facilitating key ceremonies, and partnering closely with product leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role is hands-on in Jira Software and Jira Align, with a strong focus on Agile metrics, dependency management, and continuous improvement across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Scrum Master for 2–3 Agile product teams (up to 10 team members per team), enabling consistent delivery and team healthFacilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI PlanningPartner with product leadership to define objectives, decompose initiatives into features and user stories, and ensure work is prioritized effectivelyLead backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and capacity planning to support predictable executionIdentify, track, and drive resolution of cross-team dependencies and delivery risksMonitor Agile metrics and team performance, delivering clear reporting and actionable insights to product leadershipMaintain and optimize Agile workflows using Jira Software and Jira AlignCoach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, strengthening team maturity and continuous improvementReview and refine team working agreements to improve collaboration, accountability, and delivery effectivenessFoster a collaborative, transparent, high-performing environment through servant leadership, mentoring, and conflict resolutionRequired QualificationsDeep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum principles, practices, and ceremoniesExperience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach supporting Agile product development teamsExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coordinating work across multiple Scrum teamsStrong proficiency with Jira Software and Jira AlignExperience with Agile metrics, reporting, and data analysis to support delivery decisionsHands-on experience with backlog refinement, story estimation, capacity planning, and dependency managementExcellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to coach teams, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvementStrong servant leadership mindset with the ability to build trust and influence without direct authorityAbility to be on camera for video calls and present candidate ID during the interview processUS citizens onlyAbility to be onsite periodically (2–3 days quarterly); candidates should be within commutable distance of a local branch locationPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe or similar)Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), or equivalentExperience supporting product leadership with Agile planning, roadmap execution, and delivery forecastingStrong coaching and mentoring experience helping teams increase Agile maturityExperience facilitating PI Planning and coordinating work across multiple Agile teamsAbout Delphi-US - Peacemakers in the Talent War Delphi-US is a national IT Services firm based in Newport, Rhode Island.
