Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Financial Markets and Regulatory Associate to join its practice in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, including securities and derivatives, and experience negotiating trading agreements. Responsibilities Provide legal advice on financial services, including securities and derivatives. Negotiate and draft trading agreements. Advise on matters involving digital assets and blockchain technology. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in financial services law. Admitted to the New York bar or eligible to waive in. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing and analytical skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in New York or eligibility to waive in. Skills Proficiency in securities and derivatives law. Experience with digital assets and blockchain technology. Strong negotiation and drafting skills. Benefits Comprehensive health insurance.
