Pay: $30 - $35/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday-Fri 8am-5pm
Location: Onsite, Centennial CO
Position Type: Long-term contract with possible contract-to-hire

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator for a rapidly growing manufacturing company. This role is designed for someone who moves quickly, handles competing priorities and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.


This is a recruiting coordination position-not a recruiter role.

Job Highlights:

• Coordinate high-volume interviews and recruiting calendars
• Communicate with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
• Guide candidates through the interview process
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Document and improve recruiting processes
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute issues
• Support reporting, referrals, sourcing and recruiting events
• Handle confidential information with discretion

What we look for:

• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience in a high-technology industry
• Applicant tracking system experience
• Exceptional organization, accuracy and follow-through
• Ability to work quickly while managing multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, calm and customer-focused approach
• Process-improvement mindset
• Startup experience is helpful
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance
