Job Description: We are seeking a psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in an Inpatient setting in Austin, TX. This position offers a unique 7 on/ 7 off schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while providing critical psychiatric care. Key Responsibilities: Evaluating new admissions only at two hospitals close by (12 new admissions on average at both hospitals combined) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans. Requirements: Board-certified or Board-eligible Psychiatrist with valid licensure. Ability to work a 7 on/ 7 off schedule Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Why PsychPlus?
