Psychiatric LPN (Evening Shift) - Adult Residential Treatment Program

Location: Arlington, VA Schedule: Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Hours: 40 hours per week Contract Length: 6 Weeks Start Date: September 14, 2026

We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a strong psychiatric background to join a Men's Adult Residential Treatment Program. This is a great opportunity for behavioral health professionals who are passionate about supporting adults through treatment and recovery in a structured residential setting.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and medication administration to adult psychiatric patients
• Monitor patient status and report changes in condition
• Support treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents

Requirements

• Active LPN License
• Minimum of 2 years of adult psychiatric experience
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
