Join a Growing Orange County Manufacturing CompanyA rapidly growing Orange County company serving the Medical, Military, and Aerospace industries is seeking motivated individuals to train as Quality Inspectors.This is an excellent opportunity for dependable candidates who are eager to learn a valuable skill and build a long-term career in a high-tech manufacturing environment. No prior inspection experience is required we provide training for the right individuals.ResponsibilitiesLearn and perform quality inspections on manufactured components and assembliesRead and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructionsUse precision measuring instruments and inspection equipmentDocument inspection results and maintain quality recordsEnsure products meet customer and industry quality standardsWork closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality excellenceQualificationsStrong attention to detailGood communication and organizational skillsAbility to follow written procedures and instructionsBasic computer skillsManufacturing or inspection experience is a plus, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredWhat We OfferPaid holidaysMedical benefits after probationary periodPaid vacationEmployee bonus planCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesIf you are motivated, and ready to learn a rewarding profession, we encourage you to apply today.
