We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to build a strong foundation in the industry through practical experience, coaching, and consistent daily activity while earning rewarding commissions. You will learn how to create new opportunities through prospecting, lead follow-up, database development, and client conversations. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain exposure to buyer and seller relationships, property showings, consultations, contracts, negotiations, and the transaction process.

Ongoing coaching and accountability will help you improve your communication, organization, and sales skills while developing productive habits that support long-term growth. The focus is on learning through action, building confidence through experience, and creating strong client relationships that can lead to repeat and referral business.

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new buyer and seller opportunities

• Follow up with leads and prospective clients

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Organize contacts and opportunities within a CRM

• Conduct buyer and seller consultations

• Coordinate and attend property showings

• Develop local market knowledge

• Learn contracts and transaction processes

• Participate in coaching and training

• Maintain consistent daily business development activities
