$145,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct property showings, offering insightful information to help clients make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with our team to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings.
• Utilize our innovative lead generation systems to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
• Assist clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
• Familiarity with the Los Angeles real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and client management.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the real estate industry.
• Real estate license required
