This role requires experience with TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding processes, the ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Hours: 1st shift and 2nd shift available

1. st Shift - Monday - Thursday (6:00am - 4:30pm)
2. nd Shift - Monday - Thursday (4:00pm - 2:30am)

Days: Monday-Friday Job Requirements Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Fit, assemble, and weld components according to specifications. Assist Journeyman Welders with fabrication and assembly projects. Perform TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding on various materials and assemblies. Use welding fixtures, jigs, and measuring tools to ensure accurate assembly. Operate hand grinders and other fabrication tools to prepare and finish welded parts. Perform quality checks to verify weld integrity and dimensional accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures. Support fabrication activities as directed by supervisors or lead personnel. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment, or completion of a recognized welding trade school Experience with TIG and MIG welding processes. Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and blueprints. Experience assisting with fabrication and assembly of components from engineering specifications. Familiarity with hand and power tools, including grinders and measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
