Lead Mitigation Technician

Rainbow Restoration of Shreveport - Bossier City

Job Description

The Lead Mitigation Technician plays a crucial role in managing residential damage restoration projects within a small team. Reporting directly to the Owner/Director, this position focuses on ensuring high-quality mitigation and restoration work while providing leadership and technical expertise. Occasional overnight or extended travel may be required, and there is potential for advancement to Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Oversee damage restoration and mitigation efforts for residential projects
Maintain quality control standards throughout mitigation processes
Lead and guide a small mitigation team of 1-5 technicians
Coordinate with Owner/Director on project progress and issues
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years experience in mitigation and restoration
IICRC Certification
Water Damage Restoration expertise
Mold Remediation knowledge
Fire and Smoke Damage restoration skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proven team leadership experience
