About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to spearhead the rapid scaling, modernization, and optimization of its engineering and infrastructure portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the growth strategy and organizational build-out, as well as providing capital program leadership and driving technical excellence and innovation. This executive will play a key role in cross-functional leadership and team development, with a focus on supporting accelerated project pipelines, new market entry, and ensuring best-in-class operational performance across various infrastructure components. Applicants for the VP of Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in pipeline, terminal, and fuels engineering, with a proven track record of leading during periods of rapid growth or transformation. The role requires a leader with a strong background in refined-products and aviation fuel infrastructure, and a demonstrated ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in building or scaling engineering organizations, processes, and capital project execution capabilities, as well as a history of successful engineering budget leadership. A PE license is preferred, and an advanced degree is a plus.
