Technical Enablement and Training Manager

About the Role Socure’s Global Enablement team is expanding to include a Technical Enablement and Training Manager. The Global Enablement team leads Socure University, which is essential to helping employees develop product and industry knowledge they need to thrive. This role reports to the Head of Global Enablement and will play an important role in ensuring that training runs smoothly and efficiently at scale as we continue to hire across the company. What You’ll Do Help build and roll out new learning courses and paths by personas (Products and Engineering). Build AI role plays for personas inside the Products and Engineering teams. Role plays will be specific to persona roles. Have 1:1 with personas during their first year tenure to ensure they are on track. Take corrective action if people are not on track. Personalize training, escalation, etc. Alert team leads if people are not on track. Provide team administrative support, including entering new hires into the Learning Management System (LMS) and recording training attendance. Track all enablement activities and scores of employee training through every stage and all certification requirements. Coordinate training events and collaborative cross‑team initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience with training. Gather data/feedback on program engagement and efficacy and create reports for leadership. Evaluate new tools to ensure Socure Enablement is industry leading. What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience. 4‑6 years of experience in Technical Enablement focused on Product and Engineering teams. Experience with Learning Management Systems, such as LearnUpon, Mindtickle, Showpad, Seismic, Highspot. Experience with AI tools such as AI role play tools, AI to build courses, research industries, personas, etc. Experience managing projects with multiple tasks from start to finish. Ease with working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills—the ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization. Highly organized and attentive to detail. Nice to Have Technical Background. Identity Marketplace Experience. Fraud industry experience. Security Industry experience.
