Service Desk Coordinator

Metro Appliances & More in Oklahoma City has a full‑time position available for a Service Desk Coordinator. Hours: Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm Pay: $20.00 per hr. Duties: Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding service needs. Coordinate/schedule service appointments for customers as necessary or direct them to the proper servicer/manufacturer. Properly document any notes regarding scheduled service appointments in customer invoices. Communicate with customers and salespeople in a timely and professional manner. Provide repair updates to customers. Return customer phone calls the same day. Handle any warranty‑related tasks regarding service. Order necessary parts when needed and check‑in parts daily and get them to the correct location. Prepare, log, update, and file service work orders on vendor websites and ServicePower. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion. Skills: Ability to stay organized. Must be able to multi‑task. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Listen to complaints and maintain composure with customers. Requirements: Customer service experience preferred, but not required. Computer knowledge. Data entry.
