Overview Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance As a Bilingual Staffing office admin, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing scheduling candidates in temporary positions for our diverse client base. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet client requirements. Schedule in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
