Operations Support Specialist

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding organization seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join a high-energy operations team. This role is best suited for someone who excels in fast-paced environments and enjoys being a key point of contact during time-sensitive situations. This position requires someone who is bilingual in Spanish.

This position is fully onsite in downtown Columbus, OH (parking provided), and requires candidates to be local and available to work on-site daily. The role will begin on a contract basis with strong potential for long-term, permanent placement based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls and emails related to operational inquiries, urgent issues, and safety-related concerns
• Provide real-time support during incidents, location disruptions, or facility-related challenges
• Document and track cases within internal systems to ensure timely and accurate resolution
• Coordinate across multiple teams to maintain operational continuity and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English is REQUIRED (verbal and written)
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a call center, customer support, or high-volume environment
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively under pressure
• Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Must be able to work 10AM - 7PM, Monday through Friday. The department operates 7 days a week so there may be occasional needs to adjust your schedule to help cover operation hours (including weekends/holidays as needed)
