In this role, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and help direct response to security-related needs with professionalism and care. You will play a key part in maintaining organized operations while delivering outstanding customer service, clear communication, and teamwork rooted in integrity, reliability, and innovation.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location.
Monitor communication channels, alarms, cameras, and/or incoming calls from the dispatch post, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Coordinate the dispatch of security-related personnel to reported issues, priority calls, and/or service requests while maintaining clear communication with site contacts and field staff.
Document incidents, activities, and/or unusual conditions in dispatch logs and reports, and relay pertinent information to supervisors, emergency services, and/or authorized personnel.
Support regular and random patrol operations by tracking officer status, communicating post assignments, and helping to deter unauthorized activity around the business and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
