Retail Security Professional

Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Security Professional to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing procedures and systems to prevent merchandise loss. This is an indoor, part-time position with the option of additional on-call per-diem work. Applications must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol premises to detect and deter suspected shoplifters
Identify issues of operational errors and policy violations
Conduct routine audits and inspections
Assist in the development of policies and systems for safeguarding assets

Qualifications:

Delaware Security Guard License
Previous experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or other related fields
Familiarity with retail security equipment
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
