We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Clinical Operations.


Job Description:


As the Director of Clinical Operations, you will play a key role in leading and managing the clinical operations of our home health services. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality of patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment for our clinical staff.


Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the clinical operations of the home health department.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and ensure seamless patient care delivery.
• Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among the clinical team.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a healthcare administration.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical operations management within healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to drive positive outcomes in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
