Job Overview This position is responsible for developing and implementing market-driven initiatives to increase enrollment. Develops and builds strong relationships with key growth partners, including health plans, brokers, and community-based organizations. Collaborate with key internal partners to support membership growth and customer service. Supervises the field-based Marketing team to successfully meet/exceed production goals. Provides training, shadowing, mentoring, and monitoring of staff activities. Models and teaches best practices to assist with team development and goal attainment. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the related field instead of a degree. Active CA Insurance Health/Life License preferred Five or more years of health care, managed care, or related marketing experience. Health Care background preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Compensation $68,640.00 - $85,800.00 annually Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
