Job Description

The Construction Secretary will provide vital administrative and clerical support to a small construction team of 1 to 10 members. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling documentation, and acting as a liaison between clients and the construction staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient office operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the construction team
  • Organize and maintain construction documents and records
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials
  • Maintain accurate record keeping for project and office needs
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and team members
  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative support

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Customer service experience
  • Effective time management skills
