The Construction Secretary will provide vital administrative and clerical support to a small construction team of 1 to 10 members. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling documentation, and acting as a liaison between clients and the construction staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the construction team
- Organize and maintain construction documents and records
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials
- Maintain accurate record keeping for project and office needs
- Serve as a liaison between clients and team members
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative support
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Customer service experience
- Effective time management skills
