Overview The role primarily involves complex real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, development, borrower-side financings, and leasing of healthcare real estate located throughout the United States. Candidates should have experience with the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial real estate. Experience representing healthcare systems with real estate acquisitions, developments, and dispositions is preferred but not required. Posting details Winstead PC is seeking 2 - 6 year associates for a position with our Real Estate Development and Investments group in Dallas. This attorney will primarily work on matters associated with complex real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, development, borrower-side financings and leasing of healthcare real estate located throughout the United States. The position is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm, and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Real Estate Transactions : Experience with the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial real estate. Healthcare Experience : Experience in representing healthcare systems with real estate acquisitions, developments, dispositions, etc. is preferred but not required. Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials. Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication. Why Winstead?
