In this role, you will play a key part in serving our customers by accurately preparing orders, maintaining an organized warehouse, and contributing to a strong culture of safety and teamwork. We offer a stable MondayFriday schedule, with opportunities for overtime. Break down and recycle empty cartons. Remove debris and non-recyclables. Support inventory counts and cycle counts. Provide backup support for other warehouse team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally with team assistance. Ability to move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools. Professional conduct and strong work ethic. Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to a team Customer service oriented; able to remain calm and effective under pressure Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers. Basic math and measurement skills; able to read and interpret work documents. Warehouse operations knowledge preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Self-motivated with strong time-management habits. Ability to meet safety expectations and regulatory requirements. Working Conditions: Work performed in warehouse, and truck cab environments. Exposure to seasonal weather conditions. Overtime may be required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; up to 100 lbs. with team lift occasionally.
