This role is centered on providing crucial speech and language services during a spring maternity leave, with an anticipated start date of April 5th and coverage lasting through the end of the academic year. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Florida, or eligible for immediate licensure
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to new environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized evaluations and therapeutic interventions for students with communication challenges
• Develop, document, and implement IEP goals in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Consult with teachers and staff regarding students' speech and language needs
• Support generalization of communication skills across school settings
• Engage families in students’ progress and help provide strategies for continued growth
