ResponsibilitiesManage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and deliver accurate financial statements on scheduleSupervise, train, and develop the accounting team, including review of journal entries and reconciliationsOwn the general ledger, chart of accounts, and account reconciliation processPrepare and review financial statements with variance analysis and commentary for leadershipOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting functionsEnsure compliance with GAAP and maintain documented internal controls and accounting policiesLead the annual audit, coordinating requests and serving as the primary contact for external auditorsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reportingImprove close timelines, reporting quality, and system workflows through process and automation improvementsPartner with operations and other departments on accounting questions and business decisionsQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experienceSupervisory experience leading and developing accounting staffProven ownership of the full month-end close and financial statement preparationStrong technical knowledge of GAAP and internal controlsExperience managing external auditsAdvanced Excel skills and ERP system experienceBachelor's degree in AccountingCPA preferredJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
