• You are a morning person and like to start your day before the sun rises.
• You are a quick mover and appreciate getting things done efficiently.

What you will be doing:

• Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, cutting, grinding, weighing, and mixing.
• Assemble salads, sandwiches, sides and desserts and package them for retail sale.
• Organize packaged food items and place in staging area for drivers to pick up and deliver.
• Clean, set up, and break down kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Cover, label, and date all food products, and follow all food safety rules for proper storage.
• Available to work early mornings Sunday-Wednesday 6:00AM-2:PM & Thursday 5:00AM-1:00PM

What you bring to the table:

• Basic knowledge of kitchen language
• 1-2 Years of Food Prep Experience would be nice
• Neat and professional appearance
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Conversational Spanish a plus
