Internationaler Pricing Manager / Preismanager (m/w/d) Job-ID: REF1154T Ihre Aufgaben In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Produktmanagement und den Vertriebsgesellschaften gestalten Sie die Preispositionierung von Sortimenten und legen Verkaufs- und Transferpreise sowie Preisuntergrenzen und -korridore für unsere Produkte fest. Ihr Know‑how ist gefragt, wenn Sie unsere nationalen und internationalen Vertriebe bei der lokalen Preis‑ und Konditionengestaltung sowie bei der Margenkalkulation aktiv beraten und unterstützen. Transparenz ist Ihnen ebenso wichtig wie uns, insbesondere wenn es um die Entwicklung internationaler Verkaufspreise und Konditionen geht, deren Harmonisierung Sie unterstützen. Das bestehende Verkaufspreis‑ und Margenreporting bauen Sie inhaltlich weiter aus und leiten aus den Preisentwicklungen konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab. Zusammen mit der Exportabteilung kalkulieren und steuern Sie die Verkaufspreise der fischerwerke an unsere Importeure. Darüber hinaus entwickeln Sie bestehende SAP‑Preissteuerungssysteme weiter und unterstützen bei deren Implementierung in den Vertriebsgesellschaften. Die Transferpreise an unsere globalen Vertriebsgesellschaften steuern Sie aktiv im Sinne des Unternehmens und behalten dabei spezifische Anforderungen im Blick. Sie sind der zentrale Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen rund um das Thema Pricing und setzen Projekte ergebnis‑ und lösungsorientiert um. Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Berufserfahrung im Preismanagement, Vertriebscontrolling oder internationalem Controlling. Unternehmerisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln. Analytische Stärke, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine strukturierte, qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise. Sicherer Umgang mit MS‑Office, gute Kenntnisse in SAP; Erfahrungen mit SAP BW/PowerBI sind vorteilhaft. Fließende Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
