Und wirst Teil eines Teams voller einzigartiger Menschen, die gemeinsam etwas bewegen.Das erwartet dich•Finanzielle Modellierung & Analyse Du erstellst ganzheitliche Finanzmodelle – von Projektkosten und Kunden-Pricing über P&L-Rechnungen bis hin zu Bilanzen – und führst gezielte 360°-Analysen zur Identifikation, Quantifizierung und Adressierung von Risiken und Chancen für Klienten, Accenture und weitere Stakeholder durch. •Compliance, Standards & interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit Du stellst die korrekte Dokumentation gemäß US GAAP, IFRS und lokalen Rechnungslegungsstandards sicher – in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Buchhaltungsexperten – und optimierst Transaktionen steuerlich und vertraglich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Legal- und Tax-Teams. •Deal-Freigabe & Präsentation Du erstellst entscheidungsreife Finanzunterlagen für interne Freigabekomitees und präsentierst Finanzszenarien auf Augenhöhe mit dem C-Level – überzeugend, auf den Punkt und mit direktem Einfluss auf Verhandlungsführung und Vertragsgestaltung. •Strategische Steuerung & Risikoeskalation Du erkennst Risiken frühzeitig, eskalierst proaktiv bei kritischen Deals und bringst konstruktive Vorschläge zur Transaktionsoptimierung ein – immer mit Blick auf das Gesamtbild. •Klienteninteraktion Als Teil des kommerziellen Teams wirkst du bei der Abstimmung kaufmännischer Punkte mit dem Klienten mit – etwa zu Preisannahmen, Vertragskonditionen oder Risikoverteilung – und unterstützt so die Verhandlungsführung des Teams. #LI-EUDarauf freuen wir uns•Masterstudium (oder gleichwertiger Abschluss), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting oder Wirtschaftsmathematik, sowie mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Rolle – z. B. in der Unternehmensberatung, M&A, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder im Konzernfinanzwesen, inklusive Verantwortung für komplexe Projekte. •Erfahrung in der direkten Klientenkommunikation und kommerziellen Verhandlungen – du fühlst dich sicher, wenn es darum geht, Preisargumente zu vertreten und Kompromisse auf Augenhöhe vorzutragen. •Herausragende Fähigkeiten im Finanzmodelling, insbesondere in Excel, sowie Vertrautheit mit KI-Tools (z. B. Claude, Copilot) zur Effizienzsteigerung in Analyse und Entscheidungsfindung. •Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit verhandlungssicheren Englischkenntnissen. Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.•Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams, souveränes C-Level Stakeholder Management sowie Eigenverantwortung, Neugier und Teamgeist – du gestaltest aktiv mit, statt nur umzusetzen.
