Senior Solution Sales Specialist (gn) Citrix Full‑time, permanent, based in Lindau with home office, immediate start. Responsibilities Proactively engage new and existing customers in Switzerland, identifying their requirements within the sales area. Provide solution consulting for Citrix customers via telephone and onsite visits. Assess technical requirements and derive concrete use cases and customer value. Identify cross‑ and upsell opportunities and position services accordingly. Co‑create deal strategies, including pricing and value proposition. Create complex proposals and support strategic tenders. Build and maintain customer and vendor relationships. Manage internal and external stakeholders and present solutions to management and C‑level. Collaborate closely with Sales, Alliances and Delivery. Develop best practices and use cases. Lead workshops and enablements. Continuously update knowledge of market trends and technologies. Qualifications Education & Experience University degree or comparable training in IT or business. Several years of experience in pre‑sales or technical sales. Experience managing complex deals and customer projects. Technology & Knowledge Excellent knowledge of the Citrix ecosystem. Strong technical understanding and a commitment to continuous learning. Good grasp of cloud, infrastructure and modern workplace topics. Customer Insight & Consulting Proactively identify the right contacts within customers. Deep understanding of customer requirements and business use cases. Ability to explain technical solutions clearly. Composed presence at management and C‑level. Work Style & Personality Analytical, structured and solution‑oriented. High personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking. Team player with joy for cross‑department collaboration. Strong networking skills internally and externally. Language & Communication Very good German and very good English. French knowledge is an advantage for the western Swiss territory.
