Job DescriptionPrincipal – Healthcare PMO, Program ManagementInfosys Consulting is seeking talented and highly motivated Management Consulting professionals with Healthcare Business Consulting experience in health plans, health systems or health tech to join its growing Healthcare practice at the Principal level.As a Principal, you will manage consulting teams in the delivery of strategic programs in the Healthcare industry, helping with business and technology enablement for our health plan and health system clients. Infosys Consulting focuses on technology-enabled business transformation, optimization and growth programs.Responsibilities:Lead and manage large-scale program and projects within healthcare including: Individual, Commercial, ASO, Medicare and Medicaid lines of business.Lead strategic business transformation programs, manage program planning, execution and reportingResponsible for program resources, deliverables, quality, stakeholder communication, client buy-in, program risks, mitigations and budgets leading to successful program delivery and client delightEngage with key stakeholdersManage day-to-day interactions with client teamsConduct interviews/workshops/walkthroughs with subject matter experts and process owners to gather information for analysis, recommendations and for preparation of project deliverablesDevelop solutions that enable adoption of digital capabilities for healthcare organizations. Participate in analyst meetings, industry speaking engagements, publish white papers/viewpoints in leading industry journalsParticipate in practice development activities; coach junior consultants; participate in consultant training processesTravel 4 days a week to multiple client locations Basic QualificationsCertifications in PMP, Scrum master, and/or Agile Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare administration/management, or related field. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education7+ years of professional experience in healthcare industry working for a consulting services organization and/or industry experienceSpecialized knowledge and work experience in healthcare program and project managementExperience with technical solution implementations Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.
