Job Summary We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and energetic individuals to join our front and back‑of‑house teams at Gravity Taproom. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and cooking food, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area. This job posting is for both front and back‑of‑house staff, so the responsibilities and qualifications are a combination of both. For example, front‑of‑house staff would be responsible for greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, and serving food and drinks. Back‑of‑house staff would be responsible for preparing and cooking food, stocking and inventorying kitchen supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate would have 1+ year of experience in the hospitality industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They would also be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a flexible work environment and allow staff to work in any position they like once approved by management. All position wages start at $12/hr plus tip pool.
