Qualifications:

• Current New Hampshire Special Education teaching certification (required)
• Experience developing and delivering specialized instruction
• Ability to support diverse learners, including those with IEPs and 504 Plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Willing to work on-site across three school locations

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and adapt curriculum to individual student needs
• Manage caseloads of students in grades 1-11 within various school buildings
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with support teams
• Partner with teachers and staff to foster inclusive, supportive environments
• Participate in meetings and communicate regularly with families
