Qualifications:

• Current New Hampshire educator certification in Special Education is required.
• Experience teaching students with a variety of learning and behavioral needs.
• Strong skills in differentiating instruction and developing effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with staff, families, and external partners.
• Previous experience in K-12 settings preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored, evidence-based instruction to students across 1st–11th grade based on students’ IEP goals and needs.
• Support students in charter and district programs within building boundaries.
• Work collaboratively with special and general education staff to facilitate inclusive practices.
• Collect data to monitor student growth and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school team discussions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to district and state requirements.
