Russell Tobin's client, an American drug wholesale and distribution company, is hiring Warehouse Associate in Lockbourne, OH.

Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on warehouse role in a secure facility. Due to site security protocols, you will work alongside a full-time employee while onsite.

Job Responsibilities

• Remove boxes from the end of a conveyor belt and stack them on the appropriate pallets.
• Shrink wrap completed pallets for shipment.
• Use a pallet jack to move pallets and load them onto semi-trailers when needed.
• Move pallets throughout the warehouse and enclosed dock.
• Pull materials from trailers using a pallet jack and stage skids for receiving.
• Place received products in designated warehouse locations.
• Break down cardboard and other packaging materials for recycling using a box cutter.
• Perform quality checks to ensure shipping labels are properly applied.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, replenishment, and outbound shipping as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Qualifications

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills preferred.
• Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions, labels, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime when required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a production-driven environment while meeting performance standards.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to lift and move 25-50 lbs.
• Ability to use hand tools such as box cutters safely.
• Good close, distance, and peripheral vision with the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle changing priorities.
