Night Shift Warehouse Fulfillment Team Member

Join our dynamic team as a Night Shift Warehouse Fulfillment Team Member, where you'll be responsible for selecting orders using pick sheets, handling small and lightweight items such as baby onesies, clothing, and accessories. This role involves packing orders, ensuring accuracy, assembling product kits, and preparing them for outbound shipping.

Responsibilities

• Select orders from pick sheets accurately.
• Pack orders by verifying accuracy and loading into appropriate boxes.
• Assemble product kits based on order specifications.
• Inspect items for quality and completeness.
• Label and prepare kits for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily goals.

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse or production environments.
• Consistent work history.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse pick/pack operations.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners.
• Retail experience.

Work Environment

The work environment offers multiple shifts including Day Shift from 7am to 5:30pm (Monday-Thursday), Night Shift from 7:30pm to 6am (Monday-Thursday), and Weekend Shift from 6am to 6:30pm (Friday-Sunday).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
