What You'll Do

• Configure and run a variety of industrial machines to meet exact specifications and output targets.

• Handle basic preventive care and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep your station neat, organized, and hazard-free.
• Record production metrics accurately and escalate abnormalities to your supervisor.
• Work closely with teammates to hit daily goals and deadlines.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a machine operator or in a closely related manufacturing role.
• Strong mechanical sense and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, specs, and blueprints.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
• A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Flexibility to work different shifts based on production needs.
