HR Admin and Operations Support

Job Description Location: Salem, New Hampshire Responsibilities Provide HR support, including recruitment logistics such as job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel files, and administering benefits. Address employee relations needs by responding to staff inquiries, coordinating training, and supporting performance review processes. Perform administrative duties, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Support operations functions such as facilities coordination, vendor management, and basic procurement activities. Maintain accurate HR and operational records while supporting compliance efforts, including policy implementation and audits. Prepare reports and manage data, including updating HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and tracking key performance indicators. Provide ad hoc support to management, assisting with projects and process improvements. Desired Background / Skills Previous HR administrative experience required. Bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred. Exposure to warehouse logistics or manufacturing environments. Strong organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Customer-service oriented with strong teamwork skills.
