HR Business Partner

Tarvos Talent is seeking a People Team Business Partner for a stable, mission-driven organization experiencing continued growth in the Austin, TX area. As the People Team Business Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders and employees across a distributed, frontline workforce. You’ll handle day-to-day employee relations, provide guidance on HR policies and compliance, proactively identify issues, and partner with leadership to drive positive organizational change. The ideal candidate will need to have strong, hands‑on HRBP and employee relations experience supporting 400+ employees, along with the confidence to advise operational leaders and navigate sensitive employee matters. They will also bring strong relationship‑building and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience supporting multi-location or frontline workforces; Spanish language skills, union experience, and familiarity with UKG Pro are all helpful but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
