Bartender – Fancy's Location: 1947 W Gray St, Houston, TX 77019 Job Type: Full-time / Part-time About Fancy's Fancy's is a cinematic supper club in the heart of River Oaks where elevated dining meets intentional nightlife. Our bar program is a cornerstone of the Fancy's experience, built on craft, consistency, and the kind of guest interaction that keeps people coming back. We are looking for bartenders who bring technique, personality, and professionalism to every shift. Role Summary Fancy's is seeking experienced, passionate Bartenders to craft and serve both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages at a level that matches the standard of the room. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in mixology, genuine hospitality instincts, and the ability to perform at a high level in a fast‑paced, upscale environment. This is not just a pouring position. It is a guest experience role behind the bar. Evening and weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Craft and execute cocktails accurately and efficiently, following Fancy's drink recipes and presentation standards. Deliver attentive, personalized service that reflects the elevated atmosphere of Fancy's. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to management when appropriate. Adhere to all state and federal liquor regulations, including responsible service to all guests. Stock and restock the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies throughout the shift. Process payments accurately in accordance with cash handling and credit card policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar environment at all times. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with barbacks, servers, and the floor team to maintain seamless service flow. Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale, or fine dining environment. Strong command of classic bartending techniques and cocktail preparation. Valid Texas Food Handler certification required, TABC certification preferred. Professional demeanor and the ability to stay composed during peak service. Reliable, trustworthy, and consistently punctual. High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to guest experience. Must be able to stand for the duration of a shift, up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate with gratuity.
