In this role, you will help manage and enhance the Kiwiplan ERP/MES environment, translate business needs into technology solutions, and partner with internal and external customers to improve system reliability, usability, and business performance. Our TeamThe Corrugated Division IT Group supports manufacturing systems and related applications used across Georgia-Pacific’s corrugated operations. This team partners closely with plant personnel, business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver system support, enhancements, training, and continuous improvement across the Kiwiplan MES environment. The preferred location for this role will be our Atlanta headquarters, but we are open to this role working remotely within the United States.What You Will DoSupport, implement, enhance, and optimize the Kiwiplan Manufacturing Execution System and related applications for the Corrugated divisionPartner with business stakeholders and plant personnel to understand operational needs, gather requirements, and translate those needs into practical technology solutionsTroubleshoot system-related issues, provide production support, and identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiencyConfigure, test, validate, and support software enhancements, integrations, and system improvements to ensure solutions meet business needsDevelop and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance test scenarios to support high-quality system changes Create and maintain process documentation, system design documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and business partners to deliver technology solutions that improve business processes and operational performanceWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience working in business or IT functions supporting enterprise applications, manufacturing systems, or business technology solutionsExperience with Kiwiplan software or related ERP/MES platformsExperience gathering business requirements, documenting system needs, and translating requirements into technology solutionsWilling and able to participate in an after-hours on-call support rotationWilling and able to travel up to 35%, including work performed on-site at Corrugated manufacturing facilities where Georgia-Pacific safety policies, procedures, and site-specific requirements applyThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorshipWhat Will Put You AheadExisting knowledge of Kiwiplan manufacturing systemsExperience in demand management and on-time managementKnowledge of the corrugated industryExperience writing SQL queries or working with MySQLKnowledge of Linux operating systemsBachelor’s degree in an Information Technology fieldFor this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $140,000 per year.
