Lead Teacher Full Time Minneapolis, MN, US St. Louis Park, MN Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-4:00pm Salary: From $43,500.00 per year Job Description Aleph Preschool, housed in Beth El Synagogue in St. Louis Park, MN, is seeking a dynamic, caring, nurturing, and experienced individual to teach in our preschool. This teacher will interact with children as young as 16 months up to 5 years old. Aleph Preschool helps children establish a strong sense of identity, develop a passion for learning, and help to cultivate their instincts to positively impact the world. This individual would play a key part in making this a reality for our students. Minimum one year experience as a lead teacher in an early childhood classroom (preferred) Experience with professional written and oral communication Knowledge of Judaism, Teaching Strategies GOLD, Creative Curriculum Minimum of an associate’s degree (preferred) Passionate about working with young children and their families Ability to participate and engage in all classroom activities (lifting up to 30 lbs, sitting/kneeling on the floor, diapering, etc.) Competitive wages Generous paid time off, sick time, bereavement pay All federal holidays and conservative Jewish holidays as paid days off 401(k), 401(k) matching, Retirement plan Full benefits package including dental, vision, health, HSA, and FSA #J-18808-Ljbffr Beth-El-Synagogue
